• Profile information such as profile photo and player bio
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Communications you send us via email or in-app messaging

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• IP address and approximate location (for pitch discovery)
• Usage data such as pages visited and features used
• Match statistics, session history, and ELO ranking data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process bookings and payments
• Display your player profile, stats, and rankings
• Send booking confirmations and important notifications
• Improve and personalize the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Venue operators: Your name and booking details are shared with the pitch venue to facilitate your booking
• Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. — see their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy
• Other players: Your public profile, stats, and ranking are visible to other users on the platform
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications for booking confirmations, session reminders, and ranking updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time
